In short–everyone! People of all ages, orientations, abilities, genders, gender expressions, and levels of experience can expect a memorable session with me. I am committed to providing an affirming and judgment-free experience for folks of all backgrounds.

Firstly, be sure that you have read my website in full to familiarize yourself with my sessions, limits, requests, and deposi​t and cancellation policy.

Next, complete an application form by clicking on the "Apply to Serve" button. Keep your responses concise, professional, and polite. Keep in mind we are not in scene. I am happy to discuss your limits and fantasies. I am not happy, however, to exchange emails back and forth ad nauseam. Session and scene details will be negotiated during the first 10-15 minutes of our session.

Conversely, I do not accept forms with one word answers (aside from the fields that require them). Lack of effort is a lack of respect. My interest is piqued by submissives who respect my time and want to communicate appropriately.

Once you have completed my form, I will respond within 24 hours. There is no need to email me separately to tell me you have completed the form.

On occasion, I will offer out-call for certain out-of-town clients, with an additional fee of $100. I will only take out-calls at 5 star hotels.

That being said, I much prefer clients demonstrating their submission by coming to me.

A 25% deposit is required for all clients, both first-time and repeat. Payment can be made via e-transfer.

The remaining balance is due at the beginning of our session, to be paid in cash.

I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit.

Sessions cancelled with 48 or more hours notice will have one month to reschedule.

I do not refund deposits.

Yes! I offer virtual domination via my paid fan site (LoyalFans). This is a convenient option for people who are feeling nervous about in-person sessions, or simply an easy way to fulfill your fantasy from the comfort of your own home.

I am to be addressed only as Miss, Miss Céline, or Mistress. Please do not refer to me as anything else. I am not "Goddess"/"Babe"/"Dear".

Yes! While gifts are never required, they are absolutely appreciated and I positively light up when clients bring me gifts, send me tributes, or tip me generously. Sending me tributes lets me know that you’re thinking of me, which pleases me deeply. Similarly, gifting me something I’ve had my heart set on is a surefire way to put me in a good mood and give you extra attention during and after our sessions.
